ClashAutoLoot includes a time-limited free trial that doesn't require a card. We recommend running a full trial session before purchasing a license, since refund eligibility below is intentionally narrow.
Loot Prime purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided the license key has not been activated on a device. Once a key is activated and hardware-locked, the purchase is final except where the software is materially non-functional through no fault of your setup.
You can cancel Loot Lite at any time from Stripe's billing portal — cancelling stops future renewals, but we don't refund the portion of the current billing period already paid for. Access continues until the end of that period.
Email clashautoloot@gmail.com with the address used at checkout and your order or license key. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
If something's wrong with your purchase, contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a card dispute, and a chargeback on an active license may result in that key being revoked.
Refunds don't cover consequences of using ClashAutoLoot against Clash of Clans' own Terms of Service, such as an account warning or ban — see our terms of use.
